Safety Inspections: Safety supervisors are responsible for regularly inspecting the work place to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulation.
Audit Handling: Present documents like near miss documents, tool box documenting, safety training documents, 5S Audit documents, Severity Audit Report, Safety Campaign Documents, Housekeeping audit documents, Incident investigating reports, vehicle inspection checklist, tools & tackles inspection checklist, legal documents.
Safety Policies: Safety policies that align with legal standards and industry best practices.
Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification: Safety supervisors conduct thorough risk assessments to identify hazards and develop strategies to solve them, creating safer work condition.
Monitor Safety Equipment: Responsible for ensuring the safety equipment is properly maintained and used, and they monitor compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE).
Culture of Safety: Encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives and maintain open communication about safety concerns. Develop and implement emergency response plans for emergencies.
Document Safety Procedures: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions and incidental reports to ensure compliance and facilitate continuous improvement.
